We designed structured capacity-building and mentorship sessions tailored to each stage of a of startup’s journey, ensuring targeted guidance and support based on its development levelWe believe that mentorship is not merely conducting few guidance sessions but it is a continuous customised hand holding process with our startups throughout their incubates period. Hence we communicate with our incubates every fortnight. We conduct general review meeting every month to evaluate startups growth, their future projections and challenges faced by them. RPF has on boarded experts from various domains to guide our startups. Also the expert faculty from our various department in our campus are connected with our startups for guidance.
